What a coincidence, I started with the blogs, on the world mental health day 2019. Let’s talk about it.
World Mental Health Day launched back in the 90’s, is a fact we have been living with for many years now. What our minds demand, is more than just water (the brain is 70% water). The stress that dwells in the brain persists with its characteristics in every generation, gender, and other categories the world have created - the social stigma.
Teenagers over their spat over career choices, Youngsters on the job preferences, not to mention the wage gap, and others, the list is not exhaustive. Since mental health does not always have visible symptoms. Our public consciousness makes us behave differently than we would have in a solo setup.
Meditation
Meditation cannot be skipped when talking about mental health. It is a gift, our fore-father gave us a legacy to fight the issues that were not as devastating as those are now.
Meditation takes us from self visualisation to self realisation.
It provides us with the top of the cliff picture of our life and can astound us with the results. It is to be a way of life, like all the daily routines be it sleeping or nature’s call, there is so much that happens subconsciously. Meditation is long pending to find place on our daily to-do list.

It is not only what the picture depicts, it can be anything that dilutes our focus from the stress factors, and yet relieve us. However, the latest video of Ed Shereen or Taylor Swift or others may take your focus off, but may not relieve you as much as the exercise in the picture above.
The act of doing relieves us, while the act of thinking engages us mentally, and only thinking to act (or to have acted) causes stress.
Mental Health
Mental Health is caused by the inability to handle stress beyond a level and that we end up going harsh on ourselves. It is something we never want our association with, even while reading now, a whit thought might make you think whether any stress of your own goals is taking a toll on your mental health?
Addressing MH
It is opinionated that mental health is a condition, caused by carrying stress, be it social stigma, career choices, lifestyle choices, etc. But significantly depends upon how much one can take.
These can be addressed with strong feelings of self gratitude, thankfulness, and choosing act of doing which relieves us (i.e. passion). Passion should not be associated with material goals, else the purpose gets defeated.
With every sip of the beverage, take a pause, to live the scenic beauty around.
P.S. -if you don’t find your surroundings scenic, make it or leave it, and let the air dance.
